·         Who are your direct competitors, and how do you position yourself against your competitors?

·         What are the selling prices of each service?

·         What are the margins of each service?

·         What are fixed costs and indirect variable costs?

·         What are short-term assets and short-term liabilities (debts)? 

·         What are the long-term liabilities and risk capital you invest?
